Background
We are an independent family firm with two computer linked branches.
Our estate agency in Croydon opened in 1999 since when we have enjoyed more than 10 years of successful, high volume property selling.
Gordon Gray specialise in the valuation and sale of property in Selsdon, South Croydon, Sanderstead and all Addington areas.
We are also qualified solicitors and use this expertise to support our estate agency clients.

National Coverage through Team
Gordon Gray achieve wide coverage through the Team network. The network comprises approximately 300 independent agents around the country including several in Greater London and Surrey. Your property will be marketed through the network at no extra cost or inconvenience to you (as all viewing appointments and negotiations are via Gordon Gray). All Team agents are fully incentivised to sell your property and if a Team agent (other than us) introduces the buyer, we will pay that Team agent a share of the commission. There is no extra cost to you. In this way, with Gordon Gray, you will get genuine multi office marketing at a sole agency fee.
We are also Solicitors
Gordon Gray are also qualified solicitors specialising in property work and conveyancing. When you instruct us as your estate agents, you become entitled (at your option) to benefit from our solicitor conveyancing service at competitive fixed price fees. Most vendors opt for our conveyancing as there are considerable benefits.
